We use and offer services of UPS. Due to our volumes of orders received, we will require 72 hours for the order to be processed to the UPS. Depending on the service you choose, the transit of your order can take up to 2-8 days. All shipment will be shipped with insurance provided by UPS to secure the safety of the shipment. Hawaii and Alaska shipments
will be treated same as international shipments.

International

We use and offer services of UPS and USPS. Depending on the country you want to ship your order, there will be many different customs document that needs to be filled from our end. We DO NOT alter or change any of the content information to your preferences. If you need a different carrier or options, please contact us at info@youmita.com with your order number. There will be delays and extra cost depending on your preferred choice.

Loss, damages, and returns

All of our packages are insured during transit. All claims are handled by us, hassle and worry free for any packages damaged or lost during transit.

We do not accept any returns, for damages or otherwise, without a Return Authorization Number also known as RA#. We will issue the RA number if decide the case have a legitimate reason. All the cost of the returns will be provided by you. There also will be 15% restock fee of the order and must be paid before you ship the return. Returns for damage products will be exempt from any restocking fee.

You will be responsible for the package until the package arrives at the location. If the package is lost or damaged before the package is arrived, you will be responsible for all the cost.

NOTE :  All returns and damages must be reported within 10 business days after the tracking information from the carrier is displayed as DELIVERED to the correct address.

 
Special Instructions

Please be most specific as possible. We will not alter any words when we transfer the instruction to the carrier. You will be held responsible for your instructions.
